From random surveillance to a full inspection team, FGI offers a full range of options to clients. The inspection team may include local personnel, expatriate personnel, or both to meet the requirements of the project. Additionally, the inspection process may include coating, load out inspection, inspection supervision, final bench inspectors, hydro-test inspection, etc.
While monitoring production, the personnel of FGI either use the mill’s own internal system or their own tracking and reporting documentation to verify the activities of that system. Defect rates and the actions taken for rejected items can be tracked in the system.
